If you’re reading this, you are probably a veteran of a few failed diets. You are hardly alone. Most people who go on a new diet have
actually gone on diets before. The pattern is all too familiar: You go
on a diet and lose weight. After a few weeks, the weight comes back. Believe
it or not, the problem with dieting is NOT losing weight. In fact, most diets
“work” – they CAN help you lose weight. In many cases, they can help you lose
a LOT of weight. This is not the problem. The problem is KEEPING the weight
(and fat) off!
