Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Junior Social Media Specialist who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow Sanad Books' presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  3. Create and publish high-quality, engaging, and bilingual content (English & Arabic) tailored to each platform's audience and aligned with our brand's voice and values.
  4. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer inquiries, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions that support overall marketing objectives.
  6. Analyze social media performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively incorporating them into our social media efforts.


Requirements:

  1. Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in the publishing or e-commerce industry.
  3. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) and their respective algorithms.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  6. Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
  7. Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. A strong passion for books and an understanding of the literary market.
